lk33 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Play

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the lk33 platform, including the website located at lk33.io, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, game lobbies, sports betting facilities, account management systems, payment gateways and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the lk33 account registration process, by clicking "I Agree" during onboarding, or by using any part of the Platform after the Effective Date stated above, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

This Agreement is entered into between you (the "Player", "User", "Account Holder") and lk33 ("lk33", "we", "us", "our"). lk33 operates this Platform for the exclusive use of eligible individuals as defined in Section 3 of this Agreement.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the lk33 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held within a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by lk33 to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Funds" means deposited money that has cleared all required verification steps and is available for betting, game play or withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by lk33 as required prior to processing withdrawals or at any time lk33 deems appropriate.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it, or any winnings derived from it, can be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to online gambling platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law, as updated by lk33 from time to time.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all lk33 Account balances are denominated.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age

The lk33 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute. By registering an Account, you confirm under the terms of this Agreement that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible for the duration of your Account's active status.

3.2 Age Verification Process

lk33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by lk33 will result in Account suspension and return of any unplayed deposited funds to the verified payment source.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

The lk33 Platform is primarily intended for players located in Bangladesh. lk33 does not knowingly accept registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. lk33 bears no liability for your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.

3.4 One Account Rule

Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one active lk33 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. lk33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balance therein without notice.

4. Account Registration and KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create an lk33 Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address and a valid mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your lk33 Account and for keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. lk33 will never contact you via any channel to request your password. Any person who accesses your Account using your credentials is deemed to be acting with your authority, and lk33 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4.3 KYC Documentation

lk33 may require the following documents to complete KYC verification: a government-issued photo ID (national ID card or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method (screenshot of your bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet registered to your name). lk33 will use the information provided solely for verification, fraud prevention and compliance purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lk33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in BDT. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits for each payment method are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your lk33 Account within seconds of a successful transfer. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your Account balance. lk33 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the lk33 Account. lk33 targets same-day processing for approved withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals of amounts above ৳50,000 BDT may require additional verification steps and up to 48 hours processing time.

5.4 Responsible Funds Usage

lk33 does not accept third-party payments. Funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment method that you own and that is registered in your name. Any suspicion of third-party funding, money laundering or financial crime will result in immediate Account suspension, funds freeze and report to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

lk33 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Account holders, including a welcome bonus for new players, seasonal reload bonuses, free spins and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which form part of this Agreement when a bonus is claimed.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — game-specific contribution rates are displayed on the promotions page.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

lk33 reserves the right to decline, cancel or claw back any bonus — and to close the associated Account — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting designed to meet wagering requirements without meaningful risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or use of betting strategies specifically aimed at converting bonus funds to real funds with minimal exposure.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated winnings that are not used or withdrawn within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the lk33 Platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, sports betting markets and specialty games — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider or sports trading engine. lk33 displays game rules and bet-specific terms within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail unless the game-specific rule is more specific to the matter in question.

lk33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, placed after an event has concluded, or placed as part of any scheme that exploits a technical error or pricing error on the Platform. In cases of voided bets, the staked amount shall be returned to the Account balance.

All game outcomes on the lk33 casino are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are independently verified for fairness. Sports betting odds are set by lk33's trading team and may be updated at any time prior to the commencement of an event.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lk33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or financing of illegal activity.
• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting or any strategy designed exclusively to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine recreational play.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker variants.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or disrupt the Platform's technical systems.
• Using the lk33 Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 lk33's Right to Suspend

lk33 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where: a breach of this Agreement is suspected or confirmed; a player requests self-exclusion; KYC documentation has not been provided within required timeframes; or an Account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months.

9.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your lk33 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining Real Funds balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal or betting activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. lk33 may charge an inactivity fee of ৳200 BDT per month on dormant account balances, following 30 days' written notice to the email address registered on the Account. Account holders are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain active status.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the lk33 Platform — including but not limited to the lk33 brand name and logo, website design, game artwork, promotional graphics, written content and software — is the intellectual property of lk33 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, copying or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the prior written consent of lk33 is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lk33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical disruption; loss of data; loss of expected winnings; or interruption of service. lk33 provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

12. Privacy and Data

lk33 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. lk33 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Responsible Gaming

lk33 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all Bangladesh players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive automatic notifications when you have been logged in for a defined period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account if you feel your gambling is becoming a problem.

lk33 supports responsible gaming and encourages all players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their finances, relationships or wellbeing to use these tools or contact the lk33 support team for confidential assistance. The Platform is for adults aged 21 and above only.

14. Amendments to These Terms

lk33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via email to the address on file, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the lk33 Platform, you are encouraged to first contact the lk33 support team to seek an informal resolution. lk33 is committed to investigating all player complaints fairly and transparently, with a target response time of 48 hours for formal written complaints submitted to the support email address.

lk33 maintains a formal complaints procedure available upon request from the support team. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of a mutually agreed dispute resolution process prior to initiating any legal proceedings.
